RULES OF BEHAVIOUR
- Children aged 3 to 12 years old are allowed to stay in the playroom.
- Children under 3 years old may stay in the playroom only when accompanied by an adult.
- All playroom users are required to wear socks (this applies to both adults and children). If they do not have their own, socks can be purchased at the Apfel Arena reception.
- During birthday parties, the playroom is closed to other users.
- The playroom capacity is limited and for the safety and comfort of your little ones, it can accommodate a maximum of 30 children (depending on the number of staff and auxiliary personnel on duty).
- Photography and video recording are prohibited in the playroom.
- Playroom staff may, at their discretion, reduce the maximum number of children mentioned above if they believe safety standards are compromised.
- Children with special needs, those requiring special and/or increased attention, care, and supervision due to health conditions, and those who do not speak Croatian or a language understood in the playroom, may stay only when accompanied by an adult.
- It is prohibited to bring animals, branches, sharp objects, toys, and food into the playroom.
- Children are left in the playroom at your own risk, and the playroom is not responsible for any form of damage caused by the child’s stay.
- You must inform the staff about any child allergies, chronic illnesses, disabilities, need for medication, or any other illnesses and difficulties.
- For the safety of your children, the playroom is additionally equipped with video surveillance.
- If a child’s behavior exceptionally disturbs or endangers the safety of other children, you are obliged to come and pick up the child upon the staff’s request.
- Playroom staff have the right to refuse service to individuals who bring a child if the staff assesses their behavior as inappropriate.

Pizzas:
- 10 children – 2 pizzas
- 15 children – 3 pizzas

- The birthday child receives a complimentary package in every package.

- Reservation confirmation is made by paying a deposit of €40 within 7 days of the reservation.
- Supervisors are available exclusively at birthday parties in the playroom, while only one person for supervision is available on the courts.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
- It is permitted to bring a cake (homemade or store-bought) with the signing of a Responsibility Statement. Except for the cake, bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed.
- Bringing a piñata is not allowed.
- Food and drinks in the playroom are served exclusively to children. (Parents can consume the same in the restaurant area.)
- Shoes must be removed upon entering the playroom, and socks must be worn.
- Children with special needs, children who require special and/or increased attention, care, and supervision due to their health condition, and children who do not speak Croatian or a language in which communication is possible in the playroom, can only stay in the playroom accompanied by an adult.
- It is mandatory to inform the staff about any child’s allergies, chronic illnesses, disabilities, the need for taking any medication, and any other illnesses or difficulties.
- Parents receive a gift voucher – 10% off food and drinks during the birthday party at the Apfel Arena restaurant as part of the birthday package.
- Animators are available at all birthday parties.
- Playroom is not responsible for any injuries and that children are brought at their own risk.
- Birthday party slots for the playroom and sports slots (indoor and outdoor): 10:00 to 12:00; 12:10 to 14:10; 14:20 to 16:20; 16:30 to 18:30; 18:40 to 20:40.
- The birthday child is free in every package.
- Reservation confirmation is done by paying a deposit of €40 within 7 days of the reservation.
